Once again Dick Sheridan uncovers or brings to light items in the House passed version of the budget that no one else has focused on. You can read all about it in this weeks edition of State Budgeting Matters. It's the second part of an article that he began last week. Most interesting to me was his description of the series of provisons that the House added that limit the power of the Office of Budget and Management.
